More wonderful feedback!

We received this wonderful e-mail today via the contact form:

“Thank you so much for making this sauce and the recipes too. Pretty much the only vegetable my daughter was eating before we discovered her tomato allergy was baked beans! Now I can make baked beans for her and know that she’s also getting to eat other veg too. She says they taste like ‘restaurant beans’!
Her favourite pasta dish was spaghetti bolognaise so she is over the moon that this is back on her menu again!
Really hope that you will one day get this to a nationwide retail outlet so that we can save on the postage.
On a side note, for those people looking for an alternative to tomato sauce based pizza and don’t want to open a whole jar of your sauce, Asda stores with a pizza counter can make pizzas with a garlic and herb spread instead of tomato sauce. A 14″ pizza is only £3 at our store.

Thank you again.

Christina”

Thank you SO much Christina!  It’s lovely to have such great feedback and I’m really glad your daughter enjoys the sauce and the freedom to eat all her favorite foods again!  I hope you don’t mind me posting your e-mail here for everyone to see, but it is your feedback and word-of-mouth that is making Ally’s No Tomato sauce such a success!

Another great little tip for making your own pizza is to use our tomato free ketchup as the pizza sauce (you only need a few table-spoons spread over the base and it tastes superb). My girls love making their own pizzas, which usually end up looking like big smiley faces with pepperoni eyes, mushroom ears, pineapple teeth. I’ll post up some pics next time we make them, and will put some new recipes up too (we have recently discovered a fantastic meat-ball and spaghetti dish which I can’t wait to share with you!)  Please let us know if you have any other great tomato-free recipe ideas (with OR without Ally’s No Tomato Sauce), and I’ll happily share them on tomatofree.co.uk
