Tomato-free Spaghetti Bolognese Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar of Ally’s Tomato-Free Sauce
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500g minced lamb or beef
  • 200ml beef or vegetable stock
  • Spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Basil and Parmesan Cheese (or dairy free alternative) to taste

Method:

To make your delicious tomato-free spaghetti bolognese, follow this simple recipe.

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the minced lamb or beef and cook until well browned, stirring regularly to make sure the minced beef or lamb doesn’t turn into a giant burger.
  3. Stir in the jar of Ally’s Tomato-Free Sauce and the stock and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook the spaghetti as per the instructions on the pack and drain.

    1. It is really deioilcus. I think, given the choice, our toddler would drink it rather than freeze it My husband gave it his highest mark of praise “oh, this is worth it. It’s restaurant sauce good.”
